Refund & Cancellation
This page explains how cancellations, refunds, and scheduling changes are handled for Twohi Media engagements. Specific signed agreements or written proposals may include more detailed commercial terms.
Discovery calls
Strategy or discovery calls can be rescheduled or cancelled by emailing contact@twohi.in in advance.
Project cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel an active engagement, all completed work and non-recoverable costs up to the cancellation date remain chargeable. Any future deliverables not yet started will be reviewed and settled fairly based on the agreed scope.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, are reviewed case by case. Amounts already allocated toward delivered services, production time, talent booking, or third-party expenses are generally non-refundable.
Rescheduling and delays
If timelines shift because required approvals, assets, or client feedback are delayed, schedules may be revised accordingly. We will communicate updated timelines in writing.
